“It was our lucky day when we ended up in a campground site next to Matt and Shelly Jeffery. What started out as a request for Matt to look at our leaking water pump ended with so much more. 1. That night, when our door lock broke and locked me inside our RV with my husband outside, Matt came over after hours, climbed through our passenger window and got our broken lock working enough to get the door secured for the night. 2. The next day he and Shelly drove around for hours trying to find a correct replacement lock. He then replaced the lock on our door, replaced and relocated the leaking water pump and help re-light our water heater pilot.
